At present, industrial sites for small businesses are available in the Würzbacher Kreuz intermunicipal industrial park. In addition, the Lindenrain Intermunicipal Industrial Park, a 21-hectare industrial area, is currently being developed – the first half has already been fully developed. Founded in 1848, the Calwer Gewerbeverein is still the driving force and networking platform for Calwer entrepreneurs and founders today. Together with the city of Calw, the association founded Calwer Stadtmarketing GmbH in 2019. The City Management is the communicative and coordinative interface between all actors in Calw’s inner city.

The KimmichOpen trade and service show and the Altburger Aktiv trade fair are held regularly in Calw, where companies present themselves and talk to customers.
