Opening hours Calw Municipality
The city hall is open for you on a regular basis. Please contact City staff first by phone or email to determine if a personal appearance is necessary or to schedule an appointment. We recommend that you make an appointment online.
Currently, appointments are required at the Aliens’ Registration Office, the Registry Office and the Pension Office.

For registration and reregistration of families or joint households, the presence of an adult person of the household is sufficient. For this purpose, please bring all IDs and a power of attorney from the adult family members.
Of course, persons can be represented by other persons when registering and re-registering. Please also bring identification of the person required to register, the authorized person and power of attorney.
Cancellations (e.g. when moving abroad) can be made in writing.
