Real estate office and land registry
The real estate office of the city of Calw is the central point of contact for all questions concerning municipal real estate. With a wide range of tasks, the office takes care of the development, management and marketing of residential and commercial land as well as the implementation of reallocation procedures and easement agreements. The administration of hereditary building rights and land and property management (rental, leasing and utilization contracts) are also among the tasks of the Real Estate Office.
In addition, the office is responsible for urban development contracts and implementation agreements and exercises rights of first refusal. The Real Estate Office prepares negative certificates and verifies land register rights as well as deletion permits and subordination declarations for municipal real estate. Also the leases for allotment gardens as well as the land registry inspection office and council clerk activities for public certification of documents and signatures belong to the range of tasks of the office.
In addition, the Real Estate Office is also the land agency for the special-purpose associations Industrie- und Gewerbepark Lindenrain and Interkommunales Gewerbegebiet Würzbacher Kreuz. What urban residential development sites are currently available?
Unfortunately, there are currently no municipal building plots for sale. When available, building plots are posted on the usual real estate portals. We also maintain a reserve list for interested parties, whom we inform when suitable space is available.

Land register: request an extract and inspect it
The Calw land registry was abolished as a result of the reorganization of the land registry system. The responsibility now lies with the Böblingen Local Court | Land Registry.
Owners and persons who prove a legitimate interest may inspect the land register.

A simple land register excerpt costs € 10.00, an official (certified excerpt) € 20.00.
